For black Friday 2013, the firm representing Jay Z wanted to launch his first scent, ‘Jay Z GOLD”. They hired KBS+ to create a memorable experience that would drive awareness. This included a media blitz that would drive customers to a site where fans could order Jay Z GOLD once it launched on Black Friday. Additionally there was an interactive window display at Macy's flagship store on 34th street.

The concept we developed was to use his popular Instagram account to flood his follower’s feeds with gold images, and invite them to try and win a golden bottle of his new scent.

Working closely with the creative team, we designed a site that allowed fans to solve visual puzzles for better chances to win the prize.
